We're extremely humbled to be shortlisted for Campaign Agency of the year and Independent Agency of the year. We're happy with what we achieved this last year, despite everything that's happening in the world. We consciously changed the shape of the agency to be more effective, whilst doubling the size of the creative department, and grew our overall headcount by 50%. We topped the new business table, we gave up our office and donated the money saved to the homeless charity Shelter. We created campaigns for Huawei, NatWest, Deliveroo, as well as proactive campaigns for ourselves, and we did it all whilst retaining 100% of our staff. We're proud of every member of our brilliant team, and we look forward with optimism at what's to come.
