‘Change Needs You’ - MET Police

As declared by Sir Mark Rowley, Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service, change is at the centre of his vision to transform the organisation.

‘Change’ became the powerful theme for The Met’s recruitment campaign; both the positive difference recruits could make, as well as being part of an organisation changing to improve itself. This work highlights the importance of the job, whilst acknowledging it’s not an easy one to do.
