Pablo promote new MD and Chief Client officer

Alex Bird, Group Managing Partner, becomes Managing Director. Alex joined Pablo lastyear from AMV BBDO where he was Managing Partner and oversees DFS alongside the agency’s Carlsberg and Edgewell portfolios.

Heather Cuss, who moved from Droga5 a year ago and leads on the Honda and Aldi Ireland accounts, steps up to become Chief Client Officer with a brief to drive scale and grow our client relationships.

Louise Rudaizky, former Managing Director at Atomic, joins as Managing Partner to help run and grow a portfolio of business including giffgaff, alongside Louise Hayward, Managing Partner on P&O Cruises, BetFair and AJ Bell, completing the reshaping of Pablo’s senior client leadership tier. Louise Hayward was previously CEO at Now.

Eve Bui, Head of Account Management, joins the senior management team and will continue her growth into wider leadership having been recently recognised as ‘Client Leader of the Year’ at the inaugural Client Impact Awards.
